A centre step card is actually quite easy to do once you get the hang of it.
Measurements:
Card 5 1/2 inch x 11 inch
position at 1 inch and cut between 1 inch and 61/2 inch flip over and repeat.
on the long side score on the outside of the cut lines @1 inch, 2 inch and 6 1/2 inch
then score @ 5 1/2 inches between the cut lines.

middle panel 3 3/8inches x 4 3/8 inches
2 side panels 3/4 inch x 41/4 inches
bottom strip 3/4 inch x 5 1/4 inches
