Pootlers Team Blog Hop – 2022 – 2023 Annual Catalogue!

Another Pootlers new catalogue blog hop! This time its the 2022 – 2023 Annual Catalogue. I love this new catalogue – I’d like to own almost every set in it!

I love the beautiful images in the Wild & Sweet Stamp Set, they are so detailed. I just wanted a very simple background for this gorgeous panda. The Watercolour shapes provided the perfect Sun with Daffodil Delight and I just brushed some Night of Navy ink to create a sky. The sentiment from In The Moment stamp set seemed so apt.

InspireInk Blog Hop May 2022 – Sun, Flowers and insects!

This month’s theme of ‘Sun Flowers and Insects’ was set for us by me! What was I thinking?

 

I spent some time thinking about what i would make but then i just got some colours out and made myself a sunny background and then stamped silhouette flowers and insects. I seriously don’t think I want to meet these supersized bees in real life. That’s the fun of stamping you can build up fun fantasy scenes and give your imagination a stretch.

I used our lovely blending brushes to get the colour onto the card and stamped on the background with Honey Bee Home stampset. My sunshine came from Mountain Air stamp set. I stamped with memento tuxedo black and coloured in with Basic Black blends.

SU! Color Challenge – May 2022

I am part of the admin and design team for SU! Color Challenge which is a color challenge run in a facebook group. You will be welcome to join the group and join in our monthly challenges.

This is my design team inspiration project this month. The Hello Beautiful bundle had just arrived on my desk so i grabbed these colours and got it inked up! I stamped on half a sheet of Very Vanilla then cut that up to make these two cards, adding some die cut shapes and sentiments.
