I hope you like this wee workshop. From one sheet of stamping make four cards an envelope and a wee box. My stamping is very heavily inspired by a card I saw by Barb Brimhall of https://bzbstamper.com
This chart shows the cutting lines.
Measurements:
As well as the A4 sheet of Very Vanilla to stamp on and cut as per the above chart.
Cut 2 sheets of Flirty Flamingo in half longways and fold in half to make 4 card bases.
From Early Espresso cut 4 pieces:
2 that are 10.7cm x 8.4cm
1 piece 11.1cm x 5.7cm and
1 piece 14.2cm x 7.6cm
punch out 4 2inch circles in Very Vanilla and 4 starburst in Early Espresso
Envelope
use 13.8cm square punch and score at 7.3cm
Box
Use 10.7cm square punch and score at 3.9cm and 6.8cm
Oh my another year is galloping in already! Here we are with the Inspire Ink January hop and the theme is Romance. I was thinking of Valentine’s Day when i made this card but it could equally be used as an anniversary card.
Click the next button to see what all my fellow Inspire Ink buddies have done with this theme. The lovely Verity is next I know she will have something lovely for us all to see.
Come back later to see my tutorial video.
so crafting with a friend – we came up with the male cycling card as she needed one. After my friend left I developed the idea to make a similar card for females.

Today is very special to me. Three years ago on 6th January 2016 I went on Corrie’s Papercrafts Stampin’ Up! online shop to buy the Swallowtail stamp and was so impressed by the joining up deal that I had to sign up right away! It was such a good offer that I didn’t think twice about it – I was so excited and waiting for that parcel to arrive I was like a child waiting for Christmas to come and it only took 4 days!
What a fantastic journey being a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator has been for me. I have been crafting all my life and papercrafting for the past 10 years. I have been making and selling bespoke personalised cards for all of that time and still do and Stampin’ Up! has been the perfect supplies company for that business. In the past I have wasted so much money buying paper from one company and card from another thinking they matched and then once I got them home found they were completely different but with Stampin’ Up! everything is colour coordinated and the quality is excellent and if anything is not quite as perfect as I expect the customer service is second to none – it is amazing. I have never bought from nor worked with such an amazing company.
During these three years I have made some life long friends:- fellow demonstrators in the UK and around the world, the ladies and gents who come to my craft classes and workshops and my customers, the folks who watch my You Tube Videos, read my blogs and social media posts and who comment and interact on these encouraging me and asking me to show them diffents skills and ideas. You are all so supportive and encouraging and give me the confidence to step out of my comfort zone and try new things. I appreciate you all and this card is for you.
Later today I will do a blog and video about the card. Here it is just a little late!
I am a Silver Demonstrator and I am working to be a Silver Elite Demonstrator. My team is growing and the number of regular customers is increasing month on month. I am so very grateful to you all.
I have enjoyed going to Stampin’ Up! corporate events and crafting events organised by other demonstrators – we even have our own event in Scotland organised by demonstrators for demonstrators! I’d love for you to be able to come too.
The joining offer this year is beyond amazing! Have you had a look yet? It really is the best ever.
If you are in the UK, France, Germany, Austria or The Netherlands I would be delighted to have you in my team – we are Jazzle’s Dazzlers. I’d equally be delighted to be your demonstrator and if you would like me to send you a Spring/Summer Catalogue and the amazing Sale-a-bration brochure please get in touch janice.mcglen@gmail.com.
We may not have the swallowtail stamp anymore but there are loads of fantastic butterflies in these books!
