Card Two

Whisper White card base (A4 sheet scored at 14.85 cm on long edge and cut at 10.5cm on short edge)

Balmy Blue layer 7 cm x 10.1 cm

Balmy Blue Layer 7.8 cm x 10.9 cm

DSP 10.5 cm x 14.8 cm

DSP 6.6 cm x 9.7 cm

Method:

Cut the front flap of the card at 7.4cm

Stamp the sentiment in the middle of this piece landscape style and decorate with snowflake stamps.

Stick this to the larger Balmy Blue layer.

Stick the large piece of DSP on the inside of the card

Stick the small piece of DSP to the smaller piece of Balmy Blue then stick this to the small flap on the front of the card

Stick the sentiment piece to the front flap so that it sits in the middle of the card

Decorate with some snowflakes and gems.

As soon as i saw the Peony Garden Suite I knew I had to have it. I have always loved Peony Roses and for the first time since I moved to this garden I have some flowering! I love the sentiments and the floral stamps 

Materials:

base card whisper white card stock 29cm x 14.5cm scored at 14.5cm 

layer whisper white card stock 14cm x 14cm

Card Four Diorama Card

2 pieces of Night of Navy 10.5 cm x 18 cm

1 piece of Balmy Blue glimmer paper 10.5 cm x 15 cm

I piece of DSP 10.5 cm x 12 cm

 

Method:

Score the night of navy pieces on the long side at 3 cm and 15 cm

Then score the balmy blue glimmer paper at 1.5 cm and 13.5 cm on the long side.

Choose 2 nesting dies to cut the apertures

Using the smaller die cut an aperture in the middle of the glimmer paper

Using the larger die cut an aperture in the middle of 1 of the night of navy pieces.

Shimmer Sparkle and Shine is our theme this month. So I think this card fit the brief.

The card base is a piece of Bermuda Bay Card 29cm x 14.5cm folded in half to give a 14.5cm square card.

Black Glitter Paper layer 14cm square

Whisper White layer 13cm square

Shimmer – I have coloured the leaves with bermuda bay ink and Wink of Stella.

Sparkle is provided by Black Glitter Paper and Black glittered Ribbon

Shine is provided by our beautiful basic rhinestones.
