Thank you for visiting my blog today, I really appreciate your support. Today it’s the fifth InspireInk Bloghop for 2021! So the theme this month is Milestone Birthday. So I have made a Fortieth Birthday card as my daughter and many of her friends become 40 this year and I can’t believe my baby girl can be this old! I have no idea where all that time has gone!

I loved making this card using the beautiful Expressions in Ink Suite. It is a 14.5 cm square Joy Fold card

The base card is 21.5 cm x 14.5 cm scored on the long side at 7 cm

the inserted card is 22 cm x 11 cm scored on the long side at 11 cm.

Welcome to our Scrapbooking Global Blog Hop for May 2021! Our lovely Delys has set the challenge this month and challenge it was for me!

I didn’t have a clue where to start except I wanted to use these recent pictures from last month when I was able to visit my Grandchildren after another lock down. One evening last week I was a bit upset after watching the international news and seeing what so many people are dealing with so I retreated to my craft desk. I basically shut down and allowed this page to emerge and concentrated on happy thoughts and memories. I used some shimmery white embossing paste with a decorative mask to reflect the patterns the children were making by pressing their faces into the mesh raquets. I built up the rest of the background by inking with blending brushes through decorative masks and stamps. once the embossing paste was dry I put the mask back over the dots and used my blending brushes to add some ink to colour the dots.

Welcome to another Pootlers Blog Hop! This time we have gathered to showcase the 2021 – 2022 Annual Catalogue – I’m so excited for this as this is a wonderful catalogue. I have made a gift box and 4 notecards.

The gift box is the perfect size to hold the 4 notecards and envelopes

It is kept closed with this pretty belly band.

The Thank You stamp is from Pansy Patch Stamp Set. 2 of the cards are decorated with Meadow Dies and 2 also have pansies die cut from the Pansy Petals Designer Series Papers.

These cards are reminiscent to victorian note cards and I think they are very pretty. They were simple to make.

All these dies could be cut with the mini stampin cut and emboss machine. I have made a process tutorial video.
