Welcome
This month’s fabulous theme challenge was set for us by Design Team Member Sherry Roth. There are so many things that could have fitted this theme it took me a while to concentrate and decide what excited me the most.
I do hope you like what I came up with! I have really enjoyed sitting quietly in my garden, with a cup of coffee, watching the butterflies enjoying the buddleia bushes I have planted over the past few years. As I am working from home this year I have had more opportunities to take breaks in the garden – I really do feel blessed.
I printed 3 of the many photographs that I took over the past few weeks and just played around until I liked what I saw. I had no proper idea of what i was aiming for – it just evolved over a couple of hours. I am new to scrappbooking but i find it so relaxing. If you haven’t had a go yet but would like to – stop thinking about it and just go for it – it’s so much fun. The pages I have made this year are so much more fun to share than a pile of pictures in a phone.

I agree that scrapbooking is so much nicer than photos on a phone!! What a wonderful way to celebrate one blessing of being home so much! The butterflies are gorgeous! And I love how you’ve put your page together and I really love the background (I’m rather partial to green!!). What a gorgeous page.

A beautiful page with the use of your butterflies that go perfectly with your stunning deep purple buddleias! They are a wonderful plant. Scrapbooking is a perfect way to display your photos and record some lovely memories, you are off to a fabulous start!
