Method
Stamp the sentiment in the middle of the whisper white die cut and stamp snowflakes around the edge. lightly sponge around the edge.
Adhere the DSP to the pool part layer then wrap the ribbon around this and then adhere to card base.
Adhere the sentiment with dimensionals
Finsh with a bow and some gems
