InspireInk Blog Hop December 2024 – Theme: Favourite project of 2024

Happy Saturday! Welcome to another Inspire Ink Blog Hop. This month’s theme is Favourite project of 2024.

This is absolutely my favourite project of 2024. I teamed Shepherd’s Care with Splendid Autumn Designer Series Paper. I love the rich colours and the beautiful sky in the paper and the line drawing on the stamp is exquisite.

InspireInk Blog Hop November 2024 – Theme: Festive

Happy Saturday! Welcome to another Inspire Ink Blog Hop. This month’s theme is Festive.

So I have made a very sparkly card in traditional Christmas Colours.  I have used the Reindeer Fun dies but not a Reindeer in sight.

I have found this card very hard to photograph due to all the sparkle.

The sentiment is from Merriest Trees stamp set and the banner is from Peaceful season bundle.

InspireInk Blog Hop October 2024 – Theme: 3D

Happy Saturday! Welcome to another Inspire Ink Blog Hop. This month’s theme is 3D. My exploding box is inspired by Karen from tilley Krafts.

Karen’s box is larger than mine. I messed about with the measurements so that the base of each box is one piece.

The smallest box has room for a chocolate.

InspireInk Blog Hop September 2024 – Theme: Halloween

Happy Saturday! Welcome to another Inspire Ink Blog Hop. This month’s theme is Halloween.

So the theme this month is Halloween. I had to think out of the box as I don’t have any Halloween stamp sets. It is fun to look at the sets you already have and build a spooky scene.

I made an inky background using a circle mask to make the moon with blending brush and Night of Navy ink. Next I added some clouds from Under the moon stamp set, the tree dies are from frosted forest die set, the stamped trees are from Grassy Grove stamp set the spooky house is from Humble Home bundle.

InspireInk Blog Hop July 2024 – Theme: Sympathy – #simplestamping

Happy Saturday! Welcome to another Inspire Ink Blog Hop. This month’s theme is sympathy.

The Loveliest Tree Stamp Set makes for a simple stylish card. I’ve chosen to stamp with Basic Gray.

So the theme this month is sympathy. I find sympathy cards quite difficult to make when I’m grieving when I’ve just had some sudden news that someone has passed away and I’m quite upset. So I like to have some cards on hand so that in this situation all I have to do is pick up a card, write it and pop it in the post.

I chose the loveliest tree stamp set to make my card because I think it will create a simple and stylish card easily. The tree is a beautiful image.

I have stamped with basic grey and layered that on to a piece of basic grey then stuck this on to a smoky slate card base.

InspireInk Blog Hop June 2024 – Theme: What’s on your desk.

Happy Saturday! welcome to another Inspire Ink Blog Hop. This month’s theme is What’s on your Desk. When I came to my desk this morning these two stamp sets were on my desk. i had used the Chantilly Lace set yesterday and Cutest Onesie was on my desk as it hadn’t yet been inked. I have just found out that my hairdresser has just had a baby on friday which was my birthday! So of course a card is required.

I stamped the lace stamp on a scrap of Basic White with Pretty in Pink, then I stamped the onesie over this with Basic Grey. I used the die for the onesie to cut it out and I also cut a tiny coathanger. The onesie die cuts a wee slit so that the coat hanger slips in.

Touches of Ink Bloghop May 2024 with Stampin’ Up! Thoughtful Wishes Bundle

Welcome to my blog – I’m glad to have you here.

I’m hopping today with Touches of Ink – a lovely group of demonstrators. My bundle today is Thoughful Wishes from the new Annual Catalogue. It has everything you need to make beautiful projects.

I really enjoyed making this card

On a Basic White card base I stamped randomly with the little splatter stamp in Petunia Pop and Wild Wheat.

I die cut the large flourish from a scrap of Thoughtful Journey Designer Series Paper and stuck this over the splatter stamping

I stamped the large leaves with pebbled path  on Basic White and coloured with light Wild Wheat and light Granny Apple Green Blends

I die cut this and 2 of the little flower dies

I also die cut the banner from Stylish Shapes , stamped the sentiment on the right of this.

I stuck the leaves on the left of the banner and stuck this to the card with dimensionals

I coloured the little flowers with Petunia Pop and Granny Apple Green Blends and tucked them in amongst the leaves

I painted wink of stella on the leaves then splattered the whole card with wink of stella.

I finished the card with a few 2024 – 2026 In Colour Shimmer Gems
