Today I’m sharing with you the card I made for the Stampin’ Around the World video hop. Our theme is Love so I made a wedding card in my favourite Night of Navy with basic white. I used the Layered Florals 3D embossing Folder, Thoughful Expressions Dies and Lifetime of Love stamp set.

Welcome to my blog. This is my first hop with these lovely Demonstrators. The theme today is the July to December Mini Catalogue. I have decided to make a card using the Splendid Day Suite.
My Card base is Fresh Freesia – 21cm x 14.8cm scored and folded at 10.5cm on the long side
Thank You for visiting my blog today – I really appreciate your support.
Today I am video hopping with my own wee team. Our theme this time is #simplestamping – Stamping is my passion so this is right up my street.
You can watch my video HERE . Once you have watched mine go into the description box underneath the video to find the links to the other videos in the hop – there will be some great inspiration in there.
Welcome to the Scrapbooking Global Blog Hop July 2020 – the theme is ‘Monochromatic’. I’m so glad you have joined us and you will be as excited as me to see all the pages in this hop.
So this is my second entry to this hop with my very first layout with real people and memories. While I was considering what monochromatic meant I remembered about a photo book that had been found by one of my Dad’s sisters in what was their family home where they grew up. He must have left it behind when he left home. These pictures invoke all sorts of emotions for me and I wanted a way to share them with the whole family. As I am a beginner I have kept this layout very simple but I think it gives us a little window on Dad’s time in the jungle.
I have used a sheet from In good Taste Designer Series Paper which is mostly Basic Gray and textural, I stamped on it with Basic Gray using stamps from Timeless Tropical, Beautiful World and Wildly Happy. I chose 8 pictures and 1 scrap of whisper white card stock and cut them to 6.8 cm squares and matted onto 7.2cm squares of basic black card stock. I arranged them in this grid pattern as i see it a symbolic of a windows into the past. All the products I have used are available to purchase from my online shop by clicking on the product pictures listed at the bottom of this page.
Oh my goodness I thoroughly enjoyed this process – it is so therapeutic I am already working on a layout with pictures of my maternal granny. This journey has only just begun!
I hope you will stay and have a look at all the pages in the hop. Make yourself a cuppa, get comfy and click below to see Sandra’s page which I know will be amazing!
Pretty card in pastel colours stamped with the snowflake stamps from Colorful Seasons and the sentiment is from the Labels to Love set. The video below will show you how the card was made. It was nice to have a change from the traditional Christmas Colours.
The card base is 10.5 cm x 14.9cm and the layer is 9.5cm x 13.8cm.
This is day 3 of my series and if you have made 6 of each you will now have 18 cards make. I feel like I’m in control of this job now. I am in a Christmas Card swap group and I had to send out 4 cards to the people in my swap group, so I did 4 of these for that.
